We’ve all heard it, “Spring is the best time to list your home.” Is it? Really the best time to list your home is when it’s right for you. If it’s December 24th and you’re ready to go, list it sister! Sellers “up north,” as my husband and I refer to basically any state that sees snow, perhaps have more to worry about during winter months. They deal with snow, ice, and the wet mess that comes along with frigid weather. Down here in sunny Florida, however, this isn’t a concern (I’m only slightly bragging if any out-of-towners are reading this)! But for some reason the notion still sticks that listing your home during the winter months is a no-no.
